Charlotte, Sept. 17 (AP)—Ethel Bolton, 4-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B.B. Bolton, was burned to death at her home here this afternoon when some loose cotton on which she was sitting became ignited.
The child is said to have been striking matches and watching them burn when one of them dropped to the cotton.
