C. L. Page, who is alleged to have struck four Sunderland School girls with his auto Sunday morning at the overhead bridge near the Southern passenger station, was found guilty in recorder’s court Monday of driving his car while intoxicated. He was fined $150 and gave notice of appeal.
In the assault with a deadly weapon case, he was freed upon the payment of the costs.
